This policy explains what information PatientFoundry ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to communications that begin here. It does not apply to the websites of practices we work with, which have their own policies.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a Patient Growth Call you submit details such as your name, practice name, email address, phone number, practice location, number of locations, and answers about your practice and marketing. The form is hosted by HubSpot and the information is stored in our HubSpot account.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. Where analytics or advertising tags are enabled, they use cookies or similar technologies to collect this information. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

How we use information

• To review your practice and market before a call and to schedule and hold that call.
• To respond to your inquiry by email, phone or text message, including follow-up if we don't hear back.
• To send information about our services that we think is relevant to you. You can opt out at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
• To measure the performance of our advertising, where advertising tags are enabled.
• To comply with law and protect our rights.

Text messages and email

If you provide a phone number and request a call, you agree that we may contact you by phone and by text message about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages needed to schedule or confirm a call you asked for.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising. These tools set cookies and may share information with Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. HubSpot also sets cookies when its form loads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the form and site work.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the website and our business, such as HubSpot (forms and CRM), Vercel (hosting), and the analytics and advertising providers named above. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
• A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Data retention

We keep information about inquiries for as long as needed to respond to them and to maintain a business relationship, and afterwards as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the form on our homepage. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

Children

This website is for businesses and their owners. It is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
