Terms of Service
Last updated September 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by PatientFoundry ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site describes our patient acquisition services for healthcare practices and lets you request a Patient Growth Call. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us and your practice, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your team's follow-up, your capacity, platform policies and economic conditions. Descriptions of how our system works, example workflows and example screens on this site are illustrative. They are not promises that any practice will receive a specific number of inquiries, appointments, patients or revenue. Any performance commitment we make will be set out in writing in a services agreement, not on this site.
Not medical or legal advice
Content on this site is about marketing and business operations. It is not medical, legal, compliance or financial advice. You are responsible for making sure that any advertising, offer or patient communication you run complies with the laws and professional rules that apply to your practice, including rules on healthcare advertising, patient privacy and consent to contact.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when you submit a request.
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and only on behalf of a practice you are authorized to represent.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it, or access parts of it you are not meant to access.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, diagrams and code, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Names of third-party platforms and tools mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe how our services work. No endorsement is implied.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services such as HubSpot for forms, Vercel for hosting, and analytics and advertising tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. See our Privacy Policy for details on what information is collected.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PatientFoundry is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the courts of that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time by posting an updated version here. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
